Pizza II

I made Pizza for dinner tonight using Vlap's Pizza recipe (mostly :wink: ).

The big difference is I figured the dough recipe was for a large pizza so after the "beat down" I cut the dough in half...two pizzas. Ok, so I used a couple of 12" pizza pans too and rolled the dough and stretched the dough by hand to fit the pans. But I still used the baking stones, just sliding the pans on them (in the oven).
A couple of other differences...
Tuttorossa Crushed Tomatoes with basil, 1/2 of a 28oz. can.
Mushrooms, canned Green Giant.
Fresh green pepper chopped.
Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage, 1/4 of a 1 lb. tube pre-browned.
Pepperoni and Mozzarella from Sam's Club - quantity, enough to cover.
Oh yea, I put 2 Tablespoons of honey in the sauce too, and I put the mozzarella on last to cover.

I forgot the mushrooms on the first pizza so I just put them on top of the cheese.
