Jucy Lucy, Larry and Portobello

Since you I posted the smoker pics, I thought I'd post some cookin in it.

The famous "Larry Burger" mix. Two cleaned and scrapped portobellos, a big chunk of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar and a wee bit of Danish Blue Cheese.


Make a patty in the mushroom bells and grate the cheese.


Pile on the Cheddar and Blue Cheese.


Make a patty on the top. (Not put Patty on top)


Slide in the smoker with friends,


2 1/2 hours later @ 150F internal temp.


And getting ready to disappear!!


Yum, Yum, this will happen again!!

If you wan to know more about the "friends" i can post that too.

Oh hell yes !! Back on the 0 carb diet for a few weeks. The ABT's look great also.
