Tropical Seafood ABT's - (Atomic Buffalo Turds)
The players at the party.
A couple Japs.
Avocado, Key West Lime Juice, Philly Cream Garlic and Hot Sauce for the filling.
Papaya, Mango, Shrimp and Salmon, wrapped in BACON!
I sliced the salmon while still frozen and sliced the shrimp in half lengthwise.
Buttered the jap with the avocado mix the put a slice of papaya on one inside, a shrimp in the middle and a slice of mango on the other inside. ( Sorry bout the crappy pic)
Then added a slice of salmon on top. Slippery little buggers, had to use two toothpicks. ( I know cheating)
And on the new smoker (with a couple of friends)
And out to a pan for bagging and freezing to use this weekend.
Ok, ok I did sample a "few" before freezing. Really nice but not much heat. Will have to make sauce to "warm" them up.
