... restore bamboo?

I have a friend who has two bamboo fly rods. He's giving me one of them and he'll keep the other. they need some work though. I know the cork is shot on one and they are in general ... just old.

Not sure what the rods are worth. I will try to look them up when I get them. I won't see them 'til next Thursday.

They belonged to his wife's father who's 82. No telling when he purchased them.
