Kayak Friendly Apartments

So, My lease is up this month. Needed to find a place quick. The Cove Apartments on Westshore in Tampa is where I looked. Pricese were fair and what completely sold me on this was that they have a Kayak Launch right out into Tampa Bay, Nice big open flat with alot of canals and docks just a short paddle to the right and some nice mangrove lines and lagoon to the left. I'm excited to move there and i'll actually use my kayak more often since its about a 30 yard walk from my front door to the launch. If anyone is looking for a place around S. Tampa thats resonably priced. Check out the Cove on Westshore.
