Bird Sauce

Post by Rik »

I buddy sent me a bottle with a simple note - "Try this. On anything"

I looked up the website - and this is what it says:
Birdsauce is an extremely versatile liquid seasoning that enhances the flavor of any meat or vegetable. The puree of fruits and vegetables are melded perfectly with a blend of traditional marinades to produce this hybrid sauce.

Birdsauce can be used like a traditional BBQ sauce, marinade, basting or dipping sauce. But we encourage you to "cook outside the box" and let us know what ways you like to use it.

Birdsauce is proudly produced in Tallahassee, Florida by the managing partners of BirdSauce LLC
Tonight I pulled out the bottle and used half of it to marinade a flank steak for 3 hours. Also basted the steak with it while on the grill. The steak was DELICIOUS! Yes, all caps. It was damn good. Even my wife, who has the most non-adventurous palate of anyone I know, liked it. I was so impressed with the sauce that I poured some on the asparagus we also had. It was good on the asparagus.

We've already planned on chicken marinaded and basted in Birdsauce for tomorrow's dinner.

Order some. You won't be disappointed.

P.S. - put "Hart" in the comments section

Rik lost a bet and I got a bottle. The shit is great. Get you some. So far used it on chicken and salmon. Careful, like many sauces/marinades it had plenty of sugar and can burn. get you some.

OK - so it's not a promo or coupon? What does it do?

A good buddy of mine, Harry Hart, is a good friend of the owner. Harry introduced me to it. I think he gets free bottles of Bird Sauce when people reference him when they order.

Come to think of it, maybe you should put "Rik" in there instead.....
