Kayak for a 10yr Old

Any recommendations, for a kayak for a 10yr old little girl. I want to get her a SOT. She is 4ft 6" and 60lbs soaked to the bones
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This will be her 1st Kayak

Malibu Mini X is one to look at. A lot depends on her strength and desire. She could push a longer kayak if she is high on the scale in both of those.

Heywood, member here and Malibu ProStaff, has a pink Mini X for sale for $300. He's having computer problems right now so I'm posting this info for him. The Paddle-In on the 19th would be a good time for her first paddle in it.

My 10 yr old had a Tarpon 100, very easy kayak to paddle. I still ended up towing her every now and then.
