I was asked if the Skyway launch to Miguel Bay is included in the launch area. Yes, it is.

Reminder - You must launch and take out at a PUBLIC launch.
A public launch is not on private property even if the owner would allow anybody to launch there.
You can launch from one public launch and take out at another public launch as long as both are within the launch boundaries.
