Had a great time fishing Saturday in spite of the wind. Something I learned from watching guys in prior events is that when the wind howls, get out and wade. I caught all but one of my fish while I was wading.

The place I fished Saturday is the location that I have fished the most often over this past year. Saturday I had the best single day I have ever had there. What made the difference.......may be it was the Logic Lures.

Good times for sure guys !!! I lost a solid Trout in the morning next to the kayak that was close to 30". I really thought I had blown any chances of winning the tournament when that fish swam off.
Manning that was a beautiful slam too !!!

The silver/black mullet Plastix with the 1/8 Wiggly Jiggly was working for me.

Had a tough day trying to get on 'em but found this guy for the fish fry.
