Redfish are plentiful on the flats near Honeymoon Island. They just wouldn't bite. I caught some 50 cent size pinfish for bait and caught 6 reds all under slot . I also caught a 29 incher over slot. It was great catching the reds but nothing for the pan. I used 20 lb test flourocarbon for leader. 30 lb leader and 3 inch pinfish did not get a nibble. It was small and invisible to get any action.
